Food, allergy, and nutrition boundaries

Luna can help remember preferences and restrictions you share, but Luna is not a doctor, dietitian, allergen verification service, or emergency service. Always review ingredients, labels, and medical guidance yourself.

Shopping boundaries

Luna may help move grocery items into a retailer cart for your review when you connect a supported account. Luna does not place orders, submit payment, select fulfillment windows, or guarantee retailer availability, pricing, substitutions, or inventory.

Service availability

Luna may be unavailable, delayed, or wrong. Features may change as the service develops.
