Luna helps with meal planning, grocery lists, and shopping prep by text. This policy explains what information Luna handles and how it is used.

Information Luna receives

Messages you send to Luna, including meal requests, food preferences, grocery items, and household context you choose to share.
Your phone number or another account identifier so Luna can keep your conversation and saved food context separate from other users.
Media you send, such as voice memos or images, when you use MMS features.
Retailer connection information when you choose to connect a service such as Kroger.

How Luna uses information

To reply to your messages, draft meal plans, create grocery lists, and prepare retailer carts for your review.
To remember useful food preferences, restrictions, dislikes, routines, and corrections you provide.
To operate, debug, secure, and improve Luna's service.

Shopping and retailer accounts

When you connect a retailer account, Luna uses that connection only to support the shopping action you request. Luna can prepare a cart for review, but Luna does not place orders, submit payment, or choose pickup or delivery windows for you.

Your choices

You can text STOP to unsubscribe from SMS messages.
You can ask Luna to forget saved food preferences or correct what she remembers.
You can disconnect retailer accounts through the retailer's account settings or by contacting support.
